• Analytics provider (Hotjar or Mixpanel) — website analytics and user experience tracking. These tools use cookies to collect anonymised behavioural data. See Section 6 for details and opt-out options.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

• No storage of card or payment details — all payment data is handled by Stripe.
• Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

No data transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

Our third-party processors (Stripe, Resend, and our analytics provider) may store and process your data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. By purchasing from pmworkbooks.com, you consent to this transfer.

We only use processors that maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including compliance with GDPR standard contractual clauses where applicable.
