1. About Us

pmworkbooks is operated from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We sell digital spreadsheet workbooks in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format for project management professionals. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Products

All products are digital downloads. Product descriptions are provided on each listing page and we make reasonable efforts to ensure they are accurate. You are responsible for checking that a product meets your needs before purchasing.

Our workbooks require Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software capable of opening .xlsx files. We do not guarantee full compatibility with all third-party applications such as Google Sheets or LibreOffice.

3. Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Your order is confirmed once Stripe has processed your payment successfully.

4. Delivery

• Your workbook is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, usually within minutes of payment.
• Your download link is valid for 5 days. Save your file promptly after downloading.
• The download link is personal to you and must not be shared with others.
• If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder then contact us at support@pmworkbooks.com.

5. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once your download link has been issued. Please ensure the product is right for you before purchasing.

This no-refund policy does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product genuinely fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian law, please contact us at support@pmworkbooks.com and we will assess your situation in accordance with our legal obligations.

6. Data Collection and Logging

When you make a purchase, we collect and retain the following information:

• Email address — used to deliver your workbook, send order confirmation, and communicate with you about your purchase or our products.
• Purchase data — product name, purchase amount, currency, and transaction date. Retained for financial record-keeping and dispute resolution.
• Download activity — date, time, file name, and unique token associated with every download event. Retained to verify delivery in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
• Payment data — processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. We retain only a transaction reference ID.
• IP address — logged at the time of download as part of our delivery verification record.

Third-party processors who handle your data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/au/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data retention: We retain purchase records and download logs for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Australian taxation and record-keeping obligations. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@pmworkbooks.com. Deletion requests will be fulfilled except where retention is required by law.

By completing a purchase you consent to this data being collected and used as described above.

7. Marketing Communications

By purchasing from pmworkbooks.com, you give us implied consent under the Australian Spam Act 2003 to send you commercial electronic messages related to our products and services. This consent is valid for up to 2 years from your last purchase or interaction with us.

We may use your email address to:

• Notify you of new workbooks or product updates relevant to your purchase.
• Share tips, guides, or resources related to project management and cost control.
• Inform you of promotions or discounts on our products.
• Request feedback to improve our products and customer experience.

We will always identify ourselves clearly as the sender in every communication. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Unsubscribe: Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out at any time by emailing support@pmworkbooks.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe". We will process your request within 5 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your purchases.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we reserve the right to submit our download logs, delivery records, and correspondence as evidence to Stripe and the relevant financial institution. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback where a product has been successfully delivered is a breach of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property and Licence

• All workbooks are the intellectual property of pmworkbooks.
• On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the workbook for your professional or personal projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or republish any workbook or substantial portion of it — commercially or otherwise.
• You may adapt a workbook for your own use but may not claim authorship of the original template.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our workbooks are professional tools to support project management — they do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, pmworkbooks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

11. International Customers

We welcome customers worldwide. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any local taxes or duties in your jurisdiction are your responsibility.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version date at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Previous versions are available on request.
